2-year-old boy struck by vehicle in West Park dies at hospital

A two-year-old boy died at a hospital after being struck by a vehicle in West Park on Monday afternoon, according to the Broward Sheriff s Office. Separately, a fourteen-year-old girl from Florida died following an on-track incident during the AMA Flat Track Grand Championship. This accident occurred early Monday at the Du Quoin State Fairgrounds in southern Illinois, as confirmed by the American Motorcyclist Association. Both tragic events resulted in the deaths of young individuals.
