Siders Case: Parents, Grandparents Charged After 16 Kids Removed From Home

Authorities in Hamden, Ohio, arrested four adults, including parents and grandparents, after removing 16 children from a dilapidated home. The children, ranging in age from 18 months to 18 years, were discovered living in deplorable and horrible conditions.
