China: Residents get paid to record housework activities for embodied AI data collection in east China's Shandong.

In Tai'an City, Shandong Province, residents are receiving payment to record various housework activities. This initiative is part of a data collection effort for embodied AI. Training sessions are currently underway at the Shandong Data Acquisition Valley to facilitate this process. According to trainer Ren Luxin, the recorded tasks include essential domestic chores such as doing laundry, folding clothes, and washing. These real-world activities provide critical data necessary for the development and training of embodied AI systems.
