Nepal's government released footage showing dramatic rescue efforts in mud-encrusted terrain near a tunnel. Catastrophic flooding, caused by a glacier and bedrock collapse in the Himalayan region, created a humanitarian catastrophe near the Chinese border. However, authorities have temporarily paused these rescue operations.
