Cipher Mining is rebranding to Cipher Digital Inc. and has completed a strategic pivot from Bitcoin mining to becoming a hyperscale High-Performance Computing (HPC) hosting provider. The company has secured two major data center leases totaling 600 MW, representing over $9 billion in contracted revenue, and has fully funded construction with non-recourse project financing.
