Over four dozen media groups and the Reporters Committee for Freedom of the Press have urged a federal judge to end Donald Trump's ban on CNN, Politico, and MS NOW from White House grounds. Conversely, the United States Justice Department has requested that U.S. District Judge Timothy Kelly dismiss the emergency application filed by these organizations.
