Despite these persistent issues and a climate of nonstop negativity, the sport maintains its dominant position as king. The level of weekly instability present in the industry is so severe that it would likely destroy almost any other professional or amateur sport, yet college football continues to prevail despite these systemic failures and the ongoing turmoil surrounding its operational structure.
