Concerns grow over Flock cameras across Houston area amid investigations for possible misuse

Law enforcement agencies in Harris County, Fort Bend, Baytown, Pasadena, and Deer Park are under investigation for the potential misuse of Flock cameras. Simultaneously, the deployment of these automated license plate readers is expanding across New York State, including the Capital Region. Despite their increasing presence on roadside poles, the popularity of Flock cameras remains low as scrutiny grows regarding their implementation and usage by authorities in both Texas and the Empire State.
