Somerset County residential properties sales: Sold from Aug. 10 to 16

Between August 10 and 16, Somerset County recorded 102 residential property transactions, with a median sale of $690,000 for a 1,712-square-foot home on Girard Avenue. During the same period, Monmouth County saw 73 residential transfers. The median sale in that area was a 2,090-square-foot property located on Rutgers Drive in Howell, which sold for $763,000. Both counties reported these property transfers as part of their weekly residential real estate activity for the specified timeframe.
