Former Prichard finance director pleads not guilty to theft

Singer D4vd, legally known as David Anthony Burke, pleaded not guilty to murder and additional charges during a Monday arraignment hearing. The case involves the killing of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. The victim's decomposed and dismembered remains were discovered on September 8 of last year inside the trunk of Burke's Tesla, which was located at a Hollywood tow yard. The legal proceedings continue as Burke denies the allegations regarding the death of the teenager.
