David Zaslav 2025 Pay Rejected By WBD Shareholders In Non-Binding Vote

Warner Bros. Discovery shareholders expressed significant dissatisfaction by rejecting CEO David Zaslav's $165 million compensation package for 2025. According to an SEC filing, 84.3% of votes cast in the non-binding say-on-pay tally were against the package, while only 15.7% supported it. This decision follows a previous rejection in April, where investors also voted against a golden parachute agreement valued at up to $887 million for the chief executive of the company.
