US taps Poland to host European PAC-3 missile maintenance facility

The United States government has selected Poland to host a new European maintenance facility for Patriot Advanced Capability-3 (PAC-3) interceptors. Lockheed Martin announced on Tuesday that it plans to open this dedicated center in coordination with the U.S. government. The PAC-3 Missile Maintenance Facility will serve NATO allies that operate these interceptors, focusing specifically on the repair and recertification of the missiles to ensure operational readiness across the European region for all participating partners.
