Destinus to Develop Hornet B2 Naval C-UAS for Royal Netherlands Navy

The Royal Netherlands Navy plans to enhance its fleet with new counter-UAS capabilities provided by defense firm Destinus. A CD E contract has been signed between Destinus and the Netherlands MoD to integrate the Hornet B2 kinetic counter-UAS interceptor onto warships. This strategic deployment is scheduled for completion by Q2 2027, ensuring the fleet is equipped with advanced interceptor drones to neutralize unmanned aerial system threats effectively across its naval operations.
