61-year-old pilot dies in crash about an hour west of Lincoln

Two fatal accidents occurred recently. A 61-year-old pilot from Henderson died Thursday night following a plane crash located approximately one hour west of Lincoln, which is currently under review by federal investigators. Separately, 25-year-old Sidney Rae Lewis died in a single-car crash on I-205 near Milwaukie. Her vehicle exited the highway and struck a tree and a fence. The cause of the automotive accident remains unknown as investigations into both tragic events continue.
