Ed Harris revealed he felt misled regarding his role as Everett McKinney in the Yellowstone spinoff series Dutton Ranch. During an interview with Variety on July 20, the 75-year-old actor stated that he was unhappy with how his character was utilized. Harris admitted that midway through the first season, he felt so dissatisfied with the production decisions and the way his scenes were handled that he nearly wanted to void his contract and quit the show.
