Disney Hires Netflix PR Vet Emily Feingold as Comms VP as Longtime Exec David Jefferson Retires

The Walt Disney Co. has appointed Emily Feingold as Executive VP of Communications. A former Netflix VP and head of communications for the U.S. and Canada, Feingold will manage media relations, financial and technology communications, and brand messaging. She reports to Paul Roeder. Feingold succeeds David Jefferson, who is leaving after 15 years after accepting a voluntary early retirement offer. Feingold joins the company following a nine-year tenure at Netflix, starting her new role this Monday.
