TPG Agrees to Buy South Korea’s Lotte Rental for $925 Million

TPG Capital has agreed to acquire a 61.2% stake in Lotte Rental for 1.31 trillion won, approximately $925 million, reviving the sale of South Korea's largest car-rental firm. Simultaneously, trading platform eToro is acquiring TradeZero for up to $231 million to drive US expansion and diversify offerings. This move follows eToro beating profit estimates, despite a 30% decline in crypto-related revenue during the second quarter of 2025 compared to previous periods.
