memly — Idea & Memory Sanctuary | Give Your Forgotten Memories a Second Life with Open-Source AI

Two projects were submitted for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge titled Ghost in the Machine. AFTERLIGHT acts as a digital archaeologist, using open-weight AI to reconstruct the original design and intent of abandoned software projects. Similarly, memly serves as an Idea Memory Sanctuary, providing an open-source space to capture and rediscover buried thoughts. While AFTERLIGHT focuses on reviving forgotten code, memly utilizes AI Memory Synthesis to help users explore connections between their stored personal reflections.
