Fall colors begin as the Autumn season takes hold on St. Louis area

Autumn has arrived in the St. Louis area, triggering the transition of fall colors across local landscapes. On October 26, 2026, sunlight illuminated turning Black Gum tree leaves at Blackburn Park in Webster Groves. Later, on November 5, 2026, Maple trees showed seasonal changes at Creve Coeur Lake Memorial Park, where Matt Kleffner played disc golf. These events mark the beginning of the season's impact on the various tree lines throughout the region.
