Three men charged in shooting that killed mom at Ferguson gas station

Ferguson police arrested three men for the June 30 homicide of bystander Shakeela Martin at a gas station. Marcus Evans is charged with second-degree murder, first-degree assault, and armed criminal action. Police Chief Troy Doyle announced these arrests on August 3, 2026.
