Fire burns near Sunol Ridge

The Little Fire is currently burning near Sunol Ridge in Alameda County, south of Pleasanton. Initially reported as 50 acres via the ALERTCA Wildfire camera network and WatchDuty, the blaze has since expanded to 400 acres. There is currently no containment of the fire. Consequently, authorities have issued evacuation orders and warnings for specific parts of Alameda County to ensure public safety as the brush fire continues to grow in the region.
