Fishermen missing for 5 days found alive floating on cooler in Pacific

Two Mexican fishermen, Daniel Guerrero Martínez and José Luis Portelas Villegas, were rescued alive after spending five days lost in the Pacific Ocean. The men survived without food or water by floating inside a blue cooler to stay afloat. Mexican officials shared a video showing the container bobbing on the waves before the dramatic rescue. The fishermen, aged 53 and 32, were found after being missing for nearly a week in the open sea.
