Flash flood warnings issued in N.J. as storms dump more heavy rain on parts of state

Flash flood warnings have been issued for Bucks County and various parts of New Jersey. Heavy rain continues to impact the region, with ground already saturated from slow-moving storms. These previous weather events delivered 3 to 4 inches of rain across many New Jersey areas from Sunday night through Monday afternoon. Consequently, the saturated soil has increased the risk of flooding, leading to the current emergency warnings for residents in these specific geographic locations.
