GemTrail: The AI That Tells You to Put Your Phone Away

GemTrail and Pocket Walk are AI applications created for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 1: Touch Grass. GemTrail acts as a natural observation coach, providing outdoor field missions to reduce screen time. Similarly, Pocket Walk uses a local open-weight model to generate riddle-style clues based on user preferences and regions. Both tools prioritize the grass ratio, encouraging users to explore the real world by minimizing phone usage through field modes and dark screens.
