Exit 211 on Interstate 64 in New Kent will eventually host distribution centers for Amazon, FedEx, Target, and AutoZone. FedEx will occupy the Forge Logistics property, a 300,000-square-foot facility expected to employ 40 full-time and 300 part-time workers, located adjacent to the Target center. Additionally, Buc-ee's plans to construct a gas station and mega-convenience store on the north side of Interstate 64, further expanding the commercial development within this strategic logistics hub.
