Princess Diaries' Erik von Detten Accused of Elder Abuse in Lawsuit

Erik von Detten, a former Disney star and senior account representative at Rosland Capital, is facing a lawsuit for elder abuse and fraud. Norman and Sheila Greenberg, an elderly couple from La Jolla, filed the suit in Los Angeles Superior Court. The couple alleges they lost over $900,000 on overpriced gold coins after investing $2.1 million of their retirement savings into the now-bankrupt precious metals company, Rosland Capital LLC, through von Detten's brokerage services.
