'Found you!' Astronomers spot faintest exoplanet ever seen from Earth after a decade of hide-and-seek

Astronomers have successfully located the faintest exoplanet ever observed from Earth after a decade of cosmic hide-and-seek. The planet orbits the star Beta Pictoris and was discovered serendipitously. While teams were studying previously identified planets, they spotted this less massive body lurking further out. This new discovery is approximately 100 times fainter than the other planets in the system, marking a significant achievement in astronomical observation and the study of young stars.
