GA-ASI and Kongsberg Advance JSM Integration on MQ-9B Drones

General Atomics and MBDA are integrating the SPEAR precision strike weapon onto MQ-9B remotely piloted aircraft and Gambit 6 collaborative combat aircraft. Simultaneously, General Atomics Aeronautical Systems (GA-ASI) and Kongsberg Defence Aerospace have completed the System Requirements Review and Preliminary Design Review for integrating the Joint Strike Missile (JSM) into the MQ-9B unmanned aerial vehicle. These developments expand the offensive capabilities of both the MQ-9B drones and the Gambit CCA platforms through advanced weaponry.
