A Zero-Server Telegram OSINT Pipeline: t.me/s Previews + GitHub Actions + Git as the Database

A zero-cost OSINT monitoring pipeline enables tracking public Telegram channels without a server. By utilizing GitHub Actions cron every fifteen minutes, the system fetches public HTML previews from t.me/s/ without requiring API IDs or bot tokens. A Python script parses these pages, hashes posts, and compares them against a state file stored in Git. New content triggering specific alert rules is pushed to a Telegram channel, while the updated state is committed back to the repository.
