RECALL is an AI agent designed to improve incident response by utilizing long-term memory instead of remaining stateless. While typical assistants start every incident from zero, RECALL leverages past postmortems and operational expertise to identify recurring issues. To prevent the propagation of incorrect recommendations during outages, the system follows a strict design principle: the agent can suggest potential fixes, but only a human engineer can confirm and convert those fixes into permanent historical memory.
