Glen Powell And Richard Linklater Reunite For Lou Gehrig Film At Universal; Lorne Michaels To Produce

Glen Powell and Richard Linklater are reuniting for an untitled Lou Gehrig biopic at Universal Pictures. Powell will portray the legendary New York Yankee Hall of Famer, while Linklater is attached to direct and Simon Rich is writing the script. Lorne Michaels will produce the project. This collaboration follows their previous work together on Hit Man and Everybody Wants Some!, bringing the duo back together to depict the endurance and legacy of the iconic baseball player.
