Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash Is 30% Cheaper. Your 1.1 Calls Move to It on December 3 Anyway

Google released Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash on November 5, 2026, as a generally available video generation and editing model. It produces clips from 3 to 15 seconds with native audio, costing approximately $0.07 per second at 720p resolution. This represents a 30% price reduction compared to Omni 1.1 Flash, which costs $0.10 per second. Starting December 3, 2026, all requests previously routed to Omni 1.1 Flash will automatically transition to the new Gemini Omni 1.2 Flash model.
