Rockstar Says You Won’t Have To Wait Another 8 Years After GTA 6 For Its Next Game

Rockstar head of development Phil Hooker stated that the studio's next project following Grand Theft Auto 6 will be developed considerably faster. While GTA 6 took over eight years to create, the company expects to benefit from the foundations established during this lengthy production. Specifically, the expanded team, new tools, and the engine developed for the upcoming game will enable Rockstar to build future releases more quickly, allowing the next project to go more sideways than upwards.
