Touch grass submission

Two submissions for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 1 focus on the Touch Grass theme. Simultaneously, another Touch Grass project serves as a web-based digital detox tool. This initiative encourages individuals to reduce screen time and reconnect with the physical world through mindful breaks and activities designed to move users away from social media scrolling.
