While this specific charge is dropped, his other convictions remain standing. Additionally, the Manhattan D.A.'s office has recommended a 20-year sentence regarding another charge from 2025. Weinstein was previously scheduled to appear in Manhattan criminal court for a retrial in the sexual assault case involving Jessica Mann on May 15, 2026.
