HBO Max, Paramount+, and Discovery+ "will unify into a single service”

HBO Max, Paramount+, and Discovery+ are set to unify into a single streaming service. David Ellison has confirmed plans to combine HBO Max and Paramount+, although he noted that developing the necessary tech stack will require significant time. This consolidation of multiple platforms into one unified service could potentially lead to higher subscription prices for consumers. The move represents a major strategic shift in the streaming landscape as these major media entities merge their digital offerings.
