Alright my first weekly challenge on Hacktoberfest!

Developers are initiating their Hacktoberfest journeys by engaging with open source projects on GitHub. Participants aim to improve development skills through meaningful PRs, focusing on AI/ML, web development, and developer tools. One contributor, Rafi Bagaskara Halilintar, developed Kas Rumah, a receipt-reading expense tracker designed for local laptop storage. These efforts highlight a commitment to exploring new repositories, learning from the developer community, and contributing to real-world projects during the annual Hacktoberfest event.
