Help wanted: validate a React room and resource capacity planner SPFx sample

Two new read-only React samples are available for the PnP SharePoint Framework webparts repository. The first is a governance and site lifecycle dashboard that monitors site-inventory sources, surfacing details like hub association and expiration dates. The second is a room and resource capacity planner that calculates utilization and overlap conflicts from reservation lists. Both samples utilize GET-only SharePoint REST calls, validate same-tenant HTTPS URLs, and implement strict limits on page sizes and item reads.
