Gears of War: E-Day Missing Classic Features From Original Games

Gears of War: E-Day is a confident, brutal action prequel for PC and Xbox that explores the beginning of the war. While reviews describe the campaign as almost flawless and worthy of the original trilogy, some classic features are missing. The Coalition confirmed that meat shields and Lancer chainsaw duels will not be available at launch because the game was built from scratch rather than using the foundations of previous Gears of War titles.
