Codex MCP: add, configure and debug MCP servers in Codex CLI

Anthropic-experimental/sandbox-runtime provides a CLI called srt to sandbox MCP servers for Claude Code using native OS sandboxing and network filtering without Docker. This prevents malicious servers from accessing sensitive data like SSH keys. Simultaneously, Codex CLI enables users to add, configure, and debug MCP servers via specific commands for local stdio or remote Streamable HTTP servers. These configurations are shared across the Codex app and IDE extension, allowing seamless tool integration for documentation and issue trackers.
