Residents are boarding up windows and stacking sandbags as Hurricane Isaias nears the US Gulf Coast. Thousands of National Guard soldiers are deploying to prepare for the storm's arrival. The hurricane is expected to bring dangerous conditions to the Florida Panhandle, southern Alabama, and southern Mississippi when it makes landfall late Friday.
