I built a voice-to-recipe tool for a friend who never measures anything

Two developers created voice-based tools to help friends document recipes. One built a browser-based app using Transformers.js and the Xenova/whisper-tiny model for real-time, hands-free transcription via microphone APIs. Another developed Voice2Recipe, a Python-based tool that converts voice notes into a written recipe book. This specific tool avoids inventing measurements, instead using the phrase to taste when amounts are unspecified, ensuring the final documentation accurately reflects the cook's original verbal descriptions.
