I Built a Coroner for Abandoned GitHub Repos

Two new tools for abandoned GitHub repositories were submitted for the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge Week 4. RepoRequiem utilizes a five-stage pipeline and SQLite to investigate why dead repositories fail, analyzing commits and dependency manifests. Meanwhile, RIP.git creates a graveyard page for inactive projects. It assigns statuses like alive, dying, or dead, and uses Gemma to generate epitaphs that can toggle between a Gentle Ghost style or a Savage Reaper roast of the neglect.
