I Built an Offline AI Accounts Book for My Father's Business

Two developers created AI tools for their fathers' businesses during the Hacktoberfest Weekend Challenge. One developed Bakery Daily Helper, an offline AI accounts book that converts handwritten-style notes into organized tables for a local bakery. The other built an AI assistant for a wholesale business to optimize Excel data management. This tool specifically helps the owner identify which customers to contact first regarding invoices and outstanding payments, reducing the manual effort required to analyze spreadsheets.
