AWS Introduces Pizza Bot: An Open Source Inbox for Background AI Agents

AWS has introduced Pizza Bot, an open source, self-hosted inbox for background AI agents. Built on DeepAgents and LangGraph, it features persistent task state, MCP integrations, and scheduled workflows across various model providers. Separately, a new open-source tool called Anansi has been developed as a personal web memory for developers and AI agents. Anansi solves the problem of fragmented data by allowing coding agents to access saved references from GitHub, Reddit, and other platforms automatically.
