Houston ICE Shooting: Illegal Immigrant From Mexico Shot Dead by ICE Officer After Confrontation

An ICE officer fatally shot Lorenzo Salgado Araujo during an enforcement operation in Houston. According to ICE, Araujo weaponized his vehicle during a traffic stop, ramming an agency vehicle and attempting to run over the officer. The officer fired in self-defense to stop the attack. The FBI is currently investigating the incident to determine the exact circumstances surrounding the shooting that occurred during the federal agency's operation to apprehend the illegal immigrant from Mexico.
