Immigrant artists gather in Queens to heal and resist through art

Immigrant artists have gathered in Queens to utilize art for healing and resistance. The exhibition, titled ¡Te Amo Porque S.O.S. Pueblo!, is currently hosted at the Stephen Street Gallery. This specific showcase features the creative contributions of 28 different artists. Their collective works focus on critical social and personal themes, specifically addressing the complexities of motherhood, the challenges of migration, and the essential process of community building within their diverse immigrant experiences.
