Specifically, select layers of the Core Ultra Series 3 Panther Lake processors on the 18A node are now dual-qualified for 0.55 NA scanners. This commercial implementation marks a historic shift in chipmaking, validating the use of expensive High-NA EUV technology to pattern complex logic layers for the next generation of Intel Foundry processors.
