Intel reportedly adding two new 22-core SKUs with game-boosting cache to Nova Lake-S lineup — 125W unlocked and 65W locked part rumored to be part of single-tile Core Ultra 5 tier

Intel is developing two 22-core Nova Lake-S SKUs for the Core Ultra 5 400S family. These single-tile processors feature 6 Coyote Cove P-Cores, 12 Arctic Wolf E-Cores, and 4 LPE-Cores. One model is a locked 65W variant, while the other is an unlocked 125W part. To enhance gaming performance, Intel is adding a big Last Level Cache (bLLC) of up to 144MB, mirroring the strategy used by AMD Ryzen X3D CPUs to compete in mid-range gaming rigs.
