AT&T seemingly has no plans to support Apple’s new iPhone Handoff feature

Apple introduced the iPhone Handoff feature in iOS 27, enabling a single phone number to move intelligently between two iPhones. While T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom already offer support, and Verizon and EE plan to add it later this year, AT&T remains noncommittal. An AT&T spokesperson acknowledged the potential of iPhone Handoff but stated the company is currently focused on existing eSIM activation and transfer options, suggesting no imminent plans to adopt the new Apple feature.
